Common questions
- How long does delivery take?
- Most orders arrive 8–16 days after they ship. Look up your number above to see your own estimated window.
- My tracking hasn't updated in days.
- That's normal in the middle of the journey. Parcels travel a long stretch between scans, and tracking can look frozen for several days before it jumps forward. It doesn't mean anything is lost.
- My number isn't recognized.
- If your order shipped in the last 24 hours it may not be in the system yet. Give it a day, then get in touch through our contact page and we'll find it.
