This website, is operated by PawClover, a trading name of Currie Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PawClover.

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products

We do our best to show our products, colors and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee that every detail displays exactly as the product looks in person.

Results from our products vary from pet to pet. Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. If your pet has an ongoing condition, is pregnant or is on medication, check with your vet before use. Always follow the directions on the pack.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may discontinue a product at any time.

If a product was listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order - for example, if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment - and if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, refunds and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Reviews and comments

If you send us a review, comment or photo, you confirm it's your own and give us permission to use it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
