Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, message us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price you paid for the product, in full.

You don't need to send anything back. Just include your order number and a line about what didn't work for you - it helps us improve, and it won't affect your refund.

Bundles and multi-packs

If you bought more than one unit, you can claim for some or all of them. We refund the price you paid per unit.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping - whichever you prefer.

Parcels that don't arrive

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after it was dispatched, or its tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us with your order number. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it can't be found we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Shipping charges

Shipping is refunded in full when an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or doesn't arrive. For refunds under the 30-day guarantee, we refund the product price; the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

How long refunds take

We'll confirm your refund by email, usually within 2 business days. It goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order until it ships, which is usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Contact us as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies instead.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of your country (including the Consumer Guarantees Act for customers in New Zealand), and doesn't take any of them away.
